Each and every one of them, who in my humble opinion deserve to be together as a family enjoying the comfort of their mother.
I suspected early on that Nathalie had been tricked, the smug look on Scott's face in the news clips gave me chills.
It took hours upon hours of searching the internet looking for the real story behind the incarceration of Nathalie and upon finding it, I just felt I needed to thank you for your blog.
Some of the most outrageous things I read in your blog, like what the priest told the children to get them to go with him, I haven't seen anywhere else.
I hope thousands of other Canadians just like me have also gone searching for the truth. Nathalie and Josephine need to know that in British Columbia most children over the age of 13 can choose their own living arrangments. I would hope that Richmond Provincial Court will see fit to allow Josephine the same rights other children her age when she turns 13.

Chaque et chaque un d'eux, qui dans mon opinion humble mérite pour être ensemble comme une famille appréciant le confort de leur mère. J'ai soupçonné tôt sur que Nathalie avait été trompé, le regard suffisant sur la visage de Scott dans les trombones de nouvelles a donné me refroidit.
Il a pris des heures sur les heures de chercher l'internet cherche la vraie histoire derrière l'incarcération de Nathalie et sur la conclusion il, je me suis senti juste que j'ai eu besoin d'à merci pour votre blog.
Certaines des choses les plus indignes je lis votre blog, comme ce que le prêtre a dit que les enfants les obtiennent pour aller avec lui, je n'ai vu nullepart d'autre. J'espère des milliers d'autres Canadiens juste comme sont allés me chercher aussi la vérité.
Le besoin de Nathalie et Josephine de savoir que dans Colombie Britannique la plupart des enfants par-dessus l'âge de 13 peut choisir leur propre arrangments vivant. J'espérerais que Richmond le Tribunal Provincial voie que la crise permet les droits pareils à Josephine autres enfants son âge quand elle tourne 13.

L’avocat de Nathalie Gettliffe confirme, dans une dépêche AFP du 02/12/02, que sa cliente a menti :
“Dans ses commentaires vendredi, la juge Koenigsberg a reproché à Mme
Gettliffe de ne pas avoir reconnu les conséquences pour les enfants de sa
décision de les priver de leur père en les emmenant en France.
“Le plus grand mal subi par les enfants, ce n’est pas les cinq ans qu’ils
ont passé en France. C’est qu’ils haissent leur père”, a-t-elle dit.
Me Fowler a répliqué que “ultimement, cela affecterait aussi Nathalie
Gettliffe lorsqu’ils (les enfants) apprendront la vérité”.”
I think when judging other people's words or interpreting them, one has to be very careful.
Richard Fowler told Nathalie Gettliffe that she didn't have a hope based on the public climate in BC against her....he also asked for 100 000 $ CAD more.
So if you are able to think a bit...you would realise that the lawyer basically said whatever to appease the crown...because that's what they wanted.
You have to know that this whole fiasco is an embarrassment to Canada. The fact that a valid mediation agreement was signed by the Canadian parties via the Attorney General of BC...means that anybody doing business with the Canadians now will have misgivings about their mediation attempts.
The word is out in Paris to be cautious with the Canadians ...specifically the word is "se méfier"..
Further the Canadians wanted to come out looking clean.... what better way than to say she was crazy...then next.... she lied...
One thing...I don't know if it is a Canadian Civil Liberties lawyer...who said on the request for a psychiatric evaluation.... that under Canadian law one could not be expected to give evidence incriminating oneself...
True...
But I think the judge knew she would pass the test... Gettliffe I think was afraid that it would be just another cover-up...and the "chosen" doctor would be on the take...apparently there is a well-known psychiatrist in BC who is ready to give the crown whatever they want.... a male psychiatrist....
In any case the fact that Gettliffe defended her thesis...doctoral...under the most difficult of conditions...I would think attests to her mental strength....in terms of morals...how can one outside of the family situation judge that she did not act to defend her children....
